   Yes, we offer a replacement free of charge for the first individual placed, up to a maximum of 3 hours should the employee not meet your expectations.



4. How quickly can Lift Temp fill my requirements?
   This depends on the type of position required and whether it is temporary or permanent. Typically, the turnaround time for temporary placements is 24-48 hours. Permanent placements for forklift or general warehouse are usually filled within 24-48 hours where management would typically be 1-2 weeks.
