OUR PROCESS
Conduct a Needs Analysis
At Lift Temp Limited the first step in our Process is to conduct a Needs Analysis to evaluate and document your requirements in detail to determine the best course of action in achieving the highest quality recruiting efforts possible.
Candidate Search
We then engage all necessary resources and techniques available to locate ideal candidates. This process includes, but is not limited to, graduates from our forklift training schools, internet search, print and electronic advertising, networking and/or candidate referral.
Assessment (In Canada)
At Lift Temp Limited potential candidates are screened to meet the basic qualifications set out by you, the client. Candidates are then interviewed to ensure their skills and experience best fit your company. All candidates (in Canada) are WHMIS trained and tested to provide them with basic WHMIS understanding and knowledge.
Primary Candidates
Following the above, candidates deemed the most likely fit for your organization will be identified.
Final Selection
Once a final selection has been made, we will confirm with the candidate and brief them on all pertinent details.

At Lift Temp Limited, we feel one of the most important steps in our process is follow-up to ensure your expectations have, and continue to be met.
